REFUNDs & Returns

At Slough Scuba Store, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our diving equipment, courses, and trips.
Please review our refund and returns policy below.

1. Returns of Diving Equipment

  • Eligibility: You may return unused equipment within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in original packaging and condition.
  • Process: Contact us at returns@sloughscubastore.co.uk with your order number. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Refund: Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 7 business days, excluding shipping fees.

2. Refunds for Courses

  • Cancellations: Full refunds are available if you cancel a course at least 7 days prior to the start date. Within 7 days, a 50% refund applies.
  • No-Shows: No refunds for missed sessions unless due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical issues with proof).
  • Process: Request refunds via email to courses@sloughscubastore.co.uk.

3. Refunds for Diving Trips

  • Cancellations: Full refunds if canceled 14 days before departure. Within 14 days, a 50% refund applies, subject to operator policies.
  • No-Shows: No refunds unless exceptional circumstances are documented.
  • Process: Email trips@sloughscubastore.co.uk with your booking details.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report damaged or defective equipment within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders, opened hygiene-related products (e.g., masks), and digital course materials are non-returnable.
